By downloading and using GateKeeper, you agree to these terms. GateKeeper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Backups
You're responsible for maintaining backups of your event data. GateKeeper includes auto-save and USB backup, but we aren't liable for data loss.
Association rules
GateKeeper is intended for managing lure coursing and timed dog sport events. You agree to use it in compliance with the rules of the association sanctioning your event. GateKeeper is independent software, built by Brixon Web Services. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified or approved by the American Sighthound Field Association, the American Kennel Club, or any other sanctioning body. Your association's rules govern your event. Where GateKeeper and the rulebook ever disagree, the rulebook is right.
Changes to the software
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the software at any time, with reasonable notice of significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
